My Tattoo Is Officially Completed!

So my tats are done. Here's my journey compressed into a 1-min video. I'll probably make a longer version so I can remember what that was like when I'm older.

Did it hurt? - Of course it did. But different parts of your body have different types of skin. Some parts take the ink easily whereas other parts have to be repeatedly inked, making it more painful. In general, softer parts of the skin hurt more. Boney parts will vibrate and hurt in a different way. My stomach tickled and hurt lol.

Aren't you going to regret when you're old?

-Obviously my skin will be all wrinkled and the ink is going to fade. I hope that I won't. At this time of my life, I can't foresee any situations where I would regret having tattoos all over my body. But it's done. No regrets.

Some people get tattoos like a kid putting on a sticker on their desk. Others do it to honor their family or ancestors. Everybody does it for different reasons. Some tattoo symbols have meanings, others are just cool pictures. There's no right or wrong reasons for getting a tattoo. And I hope someday we'll all be kind enough to respect the decisions other people made to wear their tattoos.
