NOISE - from the beautiful island of Guam / Guåhan

If you know me at all, you'd know that one of the things that I often talk about is my asthma. I have been thinking for some time now that I want me and my partner to relocate to some place warmer. I have had it with cold, dry winter. I love Japan for many things, but I struggle just to breathe every winter. Plus, it would be nice to be in a country where my ink is not considered menace to society.
