This one is also seasonal, in that it has to do with …winter. Dry, cold, winter that’s been trying to kill me lol.

Breathing is the single most important function of your body. The oxygen you breathe in helps run your brain, your organs and your body. Without it you’ll die. With less of it, your entire body starts to shut down. Asthma does that to you. When you have asthma, it’s like breathing through a thin straw at all times. You can’t sing, control your vocals or pitch. You can’t lift heavy. You get tired easily. Your brain slows down. And most of the time you do t even know why you’re so groggy all the time.

People react differently to allergens, stimulants, and environmental factors. Mine? Always the dry, cold air.

(This is why I’m hoping to relocate somewhere warmer.)

The point of the story is that life happens and it sucks. Sucks big time sometimes. But you gotta keep going. I switch up, lift light, do what I can unless I’m completely worn out.

Do what you can, when you can.

I’m just trying to be a better version of myself, even if it’s a little bit.
